General Terms & Conditions

  • The time and mileage will be calculated from / to our garage.
  • Driver’s batta for outstation will be charged double after 22.00 Hrs to 6.00 A.M in the Morning.
  • As we come under reverse charge mechanism, (Notification NO.22/2019 dated 30-09-2019), Entire GST Amount will be paid by service receiver. GSTIN/UIN #: 29AHKPN5284C2Z1
  • Payment should be made on or before 10 days from the date of bill submission.
  • Driver’s batta for local trips will be charged after 22.00 Hrs to 6.00 A.M in the Morning.
  • Parking, tollgate if any would be charged to the client’s account as per actual.
  • The above rental rates are based on the current price of FUEL. In case of any hike in the fuel price, it shall allow us to revise the rental rates suitably from the date of such increase by mutual consent.
  • We provide a credit period of 40 days. From the date of submission of bills 10 days. All bills for services provided from 1st-30th of the following month & the payment should be made by 10th.
  • In case of cancellation 4 Hrs 40 Kms will be charged according to Vehicle.
